Pricing and Hourly Rates.
Standard hourly rate is £30.
Call-out charge is respective of travel distance and time. Within our coverage area, Call-out is typically between £10-25 Monday-Saturday, please enquire for Sunday rates.
Parts and Consumables.
All parts supplied by Auto-motivated are sold at mrrp. A charge for carriage of goods may be added depending on journey time and to be agreed beforehand. We will only honour warranty work on parts from our choice of suppliers.
On Board Diagnostics (OBD).
Standard charge of £40 (most vehicles), £50 for vehicles where extra specialised equipment is required (this includes some Asian/Japanese and sports/prestige models). This includes One Hour labour to rectify any faults present. Standard hourly rate thereafter applies. A £10 discount applies if no labour is required. (eg a simple reset, or only D.T.C readout is required).
Unmanned Vehicle Towing Service.
Minimum charge of £20 applies if vehicle requires transporting to different location for whatever reason. Final charge for this service is based on predicted distance to be travelled and time required. Price to be agreed beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse this service if we feel the vehicle is unsuitable, oversized or of unroadworthy condition
No Charge (except call-out) applies if, for whatever reason, we are unable to make a repair, provide any details of faults and/or work needed, or provide any service.
At time of writing Auto-motivated is not VAT registered.
